A 3D model does not appear by itself. You request it for the swing you want to view in 3D.
Requesting
- Open the swing in the player.
- In the row of buttons, tap the dimmed 3D icon.
- Confirm with Start.
What happens next
- Building takes about fifteen minutes. In the meantime a wait icon spins in the place of the button.
- You do not have to wait. Close the player and carry on; the model is built on the server.
- When the model is ready, the button for the 3D view is in the same place. In your list of swings the swing gets the 3D icon.
- If your best shot for this club does not have a 3D model yet, that one is built along with it right away. Without that model there is nothing to compare in 3D.
If it does not work
- The swing has not been processed yet — a 3D model is only possible once processing of the video is done. Try again after that.
- You get the message that requesting failed — try again later.
- The wait icon disappears and no 3D button appears — then building took too long. The button to build a model is back; request it again.
Good to know
- You request a model per swing. Other swings with the same club do not get one by themselves.
- The wait icon is remembered on the device or in the browser where you requested the model.
