The 3D view shows your body, the club and the ball as a model you can look at from all sides. You see the step of the swing where the video is at that moment. If you have not played it yet, that is the first step.
Rotating and zooming
- Drag with one finger to rotate the model.
- Pinch with two fingers to zoom in and out, or use the + and − buttons.
- The round arrow puts the view back to how the camera saw it in the video.
- Use the cross to close the 3D view.
Comparing with your best shot
If your best shot also has a 3D model, there are extra buttons on the screen.
- Now, Best and Both — this swing only, your best shot only, or both on top of each other.
- Club path — the path the club head travels.
- Ball launch — the direction in which the ball leaves. This is only the starting direction, not the whole ball flight.
- Gauges — guide lines for the difference you are looking at.
- On the ball or On the pelvis — how the two models lie on top of each other. On the ball you also see where you stood; on the pelvis you see only the difference in posture.
In 3D, green is this swing and blue is your best shot, just like the lines on the video.
Stepping through the differences
On the screen is a list of the differences between this swing and your best shot, the most important first.
- Choose a difference in the list, or use the arrows to go to the previous or next one.
- The model jumps to the step of the swing where the difference is and the camera turns to the right spot.
- You read which step it is, the measured values of both swings and the advice.
Good to know
- Without a 3D model of your best shot you see only this swing, without a comparison and without a list. In that case, open your best shot in the player and request a 3D model there.
- If there is a note about a recording without a distance measurement, differences in depth may be a measurement error. A newer recording gives a cleaner comparison.
