Sometimes a video cannot be processed. You then see on the swing that processing has failed. You do not need to record again: the video is still there and you can start processing again.
How to do it
- Swipe the swing to the right and tap the i icon.
- Tap Process again at the bottom.
What happens next
- The whole video is processed again. If there are several swings on the same recording, they all go back into the queue.
- The status updates by itself. You do not need to keep anything open.
- The swing stays the same. If it was your best shot, it still is.
- The comparison and the advice are made again afterwards.
If processing keeps failing, record the swing again and make sure you are in the frame from head to toe.
