Your swings at a glance

What you see on this screen, how swings are grouped and what the statuses mean.

This screen is your archive: every swing you have recorded, grouped per club. From here you watch a swing, choose your best shot and tidy up.

Swings and videos

One recording can contain more than one swing, for example when you hit a few balls in a row. SwingIQ then cuts the recording into separate swings. You see them here as separate swings, but they belong to the same video. That is good to know when you delete something.

What the status means

After recording, a video is processed: SwingIQ finds the swing, determines the phases and compares it with your best shot. Until that is done, there is no comparison and no advice yet.

  • Queued — the video is waiting its turn.
  • A step number with the name of the step — processing is running; you see how far along it is.
  • Downloading… — processing is done and the results are coming to your phone.
  • Processing failed — something went wrong. You can start processing again.

The status updates by itself. Pull the list down to refresh right away.

What you see on a swing

  • A star means: this is your best shot for that club.
  • 3D means there is a 3D view of this swing.
  • Swings you have shared with someone or received from another account have their own icon.

With a club's swings there can be a candidate for your best shot waiting: the swing that is closer to the theory of the eight steps than your best shot. Read what to do with it in Candidate for your best shot.

Tap a swing to watch it. A small thumbs-up at the bottom right of a swing means it is a candidate for your best shot; tap it for your choices. Use the round + button at the bottom to record a new swing.
