As long as you do not share a swing, only your account sees the marks on it. If you share the swing, they travel along.
When you share the swing
- Whoever accepts your shared swing sees your marks.
- If that person makes a mark on their copy, you see it on your swing. That way your golf teacher can point something out on the swing you sent them.
- The swing and all copies of it have one set of marks together. It does not matter who had the swing first.
Who may do what
- See — everyone who has the swing, regardless of the subscription.
- Make — whoever has the swing and a subscription from Pro. You make marks in the app.
- Remove — only whoever made the mark. It then disappears for everyone.
A text shows the name of whoever wrote it.
When you post the swing in the community
Readers of your question see only the marks you made yourself, under your community name. Marks that someone else put on your swing do not come along.
Notifications
If someone puts a mark on a swing that you also have, you get a notification about it. That applies to subscriptions from Basic.
In the app
You make marks with the pencil in the player. If you do not see the pencil, your subscription does not include it or it is turned off under Settings.
