Below the filmstrip is a row of round buttons. This topic goes through them from left to right.
Play and slow motion
- The play button plays the swing at normal speed, with sound. Tap again to pause.
- The button with ½× plays the swing in slow motion, without sound. Tap again to pause.
For a recording with many frames per second, the button shows ¼×. The swing then plays at a quarter of the speed.
Automatic pause
The button with the pause icon in a circle. Yellow means on, and that is how it starts.
- On — playback stops at every coloured block in the filmstrip, and at every mark. Start again to go to the next one.
- Off — the swing plays straight through to the end.
All advice
The button with the small list. It starts off.
- Off — you only see advice for the most important steps of the swing.
- On — you see advice for every step where a difference was found.
You see this button from the Basic subscription.

When the swing has finished, a round arrow appears in the middle of the screen. Use it to start again. The play button does the same at that moment.
Good to know
- Automatic pause and all advice go back to their starting state as soon as you close the player.
- The button for 3D is on the same row too, if your subscription includes it.
